SALAD POR HANDEL AND PAPAYA
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 HANDLES
- 1 PAPAYA
- 2 BANANAS
- 2 KIWIS
- 1/4 FRESH PINEAPPLE
- 3 SLICE OF MELON
- 3 SPOONFLUS OF JIECE OF LEMON
-3 SPOONFLUS OF SUGAR
- 1 BUNCH OF FRESH MINT
-1 BUNCH CINNAMON
- STRAWBERRIES

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
I spend 1: We wash and cut the fruit in units of an average size. To cut the papaya longitudinally lengthways like thin slices. The melon to cut it in dice of average size, the handles cut also wedges. The kiwis to tracks; the strawberry is washed good and four chunks are cut without the tail. The pineapple dies and of size reduced as clusters. The banana to tracks with little thickness. The lemon uses to prevent the fruit from turning black spraying it with his juice.
I spend 2: In a pan a syrup can do to him with the sugar, the cinnamon a bit of juice of lime and the fresh mint and a half water cup. It moves with moderate fire until the sugar is dissolved. An alternative to the syrup simpler: a juice of orange and grapefruit, the sugar is added and is sprayed.
